Mona Sandoval has served as Executive Director of The Jefferson Foundation since 1994. She has worked diligently to increase the visibility and revenue of the Foundation through community partnerships and strategic alliances that have provided over $7.5 million in funding for programs and projects in Jeffco Public Schools.
Mona has served on the board of the Flatirons Crossing’s Music and Arts Foundation and currently serves on the advisory committees for Serving Kids (a clothing program for Jeffco students in need), and the West Chamber Serving Jefferson County’s Links for Learning and Youth Leadership programs. Mona has served as Chair and is a founding member of the Colorado School Foundations Association.
As a member of the Jefferson County Kiwanis, Mona has supported their mission of “Serving the Children of the World” through her volunteer efforts for programs impacting children and young adult in the metro community.
Mona has received recognition for her work, including the Phi Delta Kappa Service Award and acknowledgments from the Jefferson County Administrators’ Association, Jeffco Council PTA, DECA . She was acknowledged as one of the West Chamber 2006 Outstanding Women in Jefferson County.
Mona has served on the board of the Salazar Family Foundation since August 2003.
Anthony “Anton” Delgado

Anton Delgado graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BE in Art Education, with emphasis in graphic arts and theatre design. He moved to Colorado in 1972 and worked at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center as a clerical supervisor and administrative assistant in the Emergency Department and OB/GYN Clinic. While at the Medical Center, he designed slide shows for the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma, with renowned vascular surgeon, Dr. J. Cuthbert Owens.
In 1978, Anton became set designer for KCNC-TV, constructing and designing the NewsCenter 4 and Noonday sets. Shortly thereafter, he was hired as Art Director for Intermountain Media Corporation, a television and media firm which broadcast Wyoming football games for the Curt Gowdy Sports Network.
Anton was co-founder of MediaComm Marketing International in 1984. MediaComm began as a video production facility, and eventually became a financial public relations firm. Anton was Senior Director/Producer and Art Director until the company disbanded in 2001.
In August 2002, Anton was contracted by The Jefferson Foundation to produce a marketing video and design collateral materials for Crystal Ball. He was hired as Director of Marketing in 2003. In his free-lance desktop publishing and designing business, he produces mail pieces for school bond campaigns in Colorado and California.
Anton has won 2 Aegis Industry Awards for his video work, including one for The Jefferson Foundation’s marketing video, “Just Imagine.”
After spending many years in the corporate sector, Anton is happy to be working at The Jefferson Foundation and promoting its mission in Jeffco. As a student of public education, he feels that the community’s involvement is imperative for the success of public schools.
Cyndee Manaugh

Before joining The Jefferson Foundation staff in 2003, Cyndee Manaugh was a Crystal Ball volunteer for six years, chairing the volunteers, and has acted as co-chair and chair of the event.
Leaving the Social Security Administration and the Medicare professions in Kansas City, she moved to Denver in 1972 and shortly thereafter began her 30-year career with Jefferson County Schools, enjoying 4 years at Warder Elementary and 10 years at Weber Elementary as Principal’s Secretary. The Athletics Department and Instructional Services at the Education Services Center became her address for the remaining 16 years of her public education career.
Cyndee served on the boards of the Jefferson County Association of Educational Office Professionals and Classified School Employees’ Association while with the District, receiving the Jilly Award for outstanding service. She has served 15 years on the board of the Colorado Association of Educational Office Professionals and received the Office Professional of the Year Award from that organization. She is currently on the core planning team to host the annual conference for the National Association of Educational Office Professionals in Denver in 2008. Supporting the mission of The Jefferson Foundation in “preparing all students for a successful future” is a daily reminder of the importance of Cyndee’s work at The Jefferson Foundation.

Dyann Enck
Administrative Assistant / Accounting

The Jefferson Foundation welcomed 17-year veteran Jeffco Public Schools employee and volunteer, Dyann Enck, in the spring of 2008. Dyann brings an extensive knowledge of administrative and office procedural talents to her position.
Prior to working in Jeffco Public Schools, Dyann worked at Porter Hospital and assisted in opening the Family Life Center at Littleton Hospital. She began her career in Jeffco Schools as a two-hour per day teacher’s aide at Parmalee Elementary, where her children attended school. In 1994 she became the principal’s secretary at Parmalee. Dyann has worked at Evergreen Middle School, and the Mt. Evans Outdoor Lab School. As a volunteer on Jeffco’s Diversity Committee, Dyann sought to address issues of equality among Jeffco’s diverse population. She was acknowledged with a Value’s Award for Teamwork, while at Evergreen Middle School. Most recently, Dyann worked in Human Resources and the Financial Office of Jeffco Public Schools.
Dyann and her architectural-husband, Ed, share a passion for Jeffco Public Schools, since their children are graduates of Evergreen High School. As such, they have logged many volunteer hours with the Outdoor Lab Schools Foundation and The Jefferson Foundation’s Crystal Ball. Dyann was thrilled to win the 2006 Jefferson Foundation travel voucher raffle. Dyann enjoys scrap booking, cooking and travel.
