Katie Tiernan

Katie Tiernan is a proud product of Jeffco Public Schools; she attended Edgewater and Slater elementary schools, Creighton Middle School and graduated from Lakewood High School. After briefly leaving Colorado to earn a degree in journalism from the University of Missouri, she co-founded Solstice Nonprofit Ventures, LLC, a Denver-based nonprofit consulting firm focused on fundraising and program development. Prior to coming to The Jefferson Foundation, Katie was executive director of the Women’s Resource Center in Durango, which provides resource and referral and safety-net services to families in the Four Corners region.
Katie volunteered as a mentor for Denver Area Youth Services and is a past board member of the Denver Young Nonprofit Professionals Network. She currently represents The Jefferson Foundation as president of the Colorado School Foundation Association.
Anthony “Anton” Delgado

Anton Delgado received a Bachelor of Art Education from the University of Wisconsin with emphasis in commercial art, design and theatre production. In 1978, he constructed and designed the NewsCenter 4 and Noonday sets for KCNC-TV. He was Art Director for Intermountain Media Corporation, a television/video production and public relations firm. Anton was co-founder, Senior Director/Producer and Art Director for MediaComm Marketing International, a financial public relations firm.
In August 2002, The Jefferson Foundation contracted with Anton to produce a marketing video and design invitations, the print program, and collateral materials for Crystal Ball. He was hired as Director of Marketing in 2003. Anton has won two Aegis Industry Awards for his video work, including one for The Jefferson Foundation’s marketing video, “Just Imagine.”
Cyndee Manaugh

Cyndee Manaugh began her 30-year career in Jeffco Public Schools shortly after moving to the Denver area in 1972. She spent her tenure at Warder and Weber elementary schools, and later moved to the Athletics and the Instructional Services Departments at the district’s main administrative building.
Cyndee served on the boards of the Jefferson County Association of Educational Office Professionals and Classified School Employees’ Association while with the District, receiving the Jilly Award for outstanding service. She has served over 20 years on the board of the Colorado Association of Educational Office Professionals (CAEOP), receiving the Office Professional of the Year Award from that organization, and concurrently serves as a member of the National Association of Educational Office Professionals. She was a member of the core planning team for that organization’s 2008 annual conference held in Denver.
Before joining The Jefferson Foundation staff in 2003, Cyndee was a Crystal Ball volunteer for six years, chairing or co-chairing committees responsible for nearly every aspect of the event.
